Common Sense Solar Regulations for Pueblo County, Colorado

The Pueblo County Planning Commission has tried for 6 month to draft common sense solar regulations “To promote the health, safety, welfare, and quality living environment of Pueblo County residents and visitors by encouraging compatible and sustainable land use development within unincorporated Pueblo County.”

Due to their inability to accomplish this task, please add your name below to join with us in urging the Pueblo County Commissioners in adoption of the original regulations proposed by Darren Coffey of the Berkley Group. These regulations will safeguard area residents, agriculture, wildlife, businesses and long-term economic growth while accommodating the need for responsibly designed and placed Industrial Utility-Scale Solar Facilities.
